Delete your Risker account
You can delete your account yourself, in the app, at any time. Here is how, and what happens to your data.
Last updated 6 November 2026
How to delete your account
- Open Risker and sign in.
- Go to your profile, then Settings.
- Tap Security & Privacy, then Delete account.
- Confirm with your password, or by signing in with Apple or Google again.
Can’t sign in any more? Email privacy@riskerconnect.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you after confirming it’s yours.
What gets deleted
Straight away, from every part of Risker:
- Your profile and everything on it: photo, cover, experience, skills, portfolio, recommendations written by or about you.
- Your posts, Blitz videos, comments, likes, reposts, saves and the files in them.
- The messages you sent and their attachments.
- Your job listings, applications, résumés, services and workflows, with their files.
- Your notifications, Risker AI history and Risker Rico conversations.
- Your follows, blocks, sessions and devices.
What stays, and for how long
- Your email address is kept, encrypted, for 30 days to prevent abuse (for example someone re-creating a banned account), then erased.
- Orders you were part of stay on the other person’s record, without your words or files, because they are part of their history too. Running orders are cancelled.
- Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule.
- Limited records we must keep by law, if any, are kept only as long as the law requires.
If you have a paid plan
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription, because Apple bills it. Cancel it first: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
